The idea for Round Peg was created from my inability to understand why so many companies still regard training as a cost rather than a way to increase profits. How they can’t envisage the benefits to their people as well as themselves.
Having worked in Publishing for nearly 23 years I have been lucky to have received excellent training throughout my career. I have always been responsible for training my own staff and latterly have worked as in house trainer in at least two of my roles.
The other reason for creating Round Peg is my passion for developing others, ensuring that they are equipped to work to their optimum, achieve outstanding results personally and professionally, constantly striving for excellence through learning and in turn increasing your profits and ensuring a healthy return on your investment.
