Anita-Clare Field has over 23 years experience in Publishing, entering in 1987 as Advertising Sales Executive. Throughout her career Anita-Clare has held many titles including: Advertisement Manager, Sales Director and Publishing Director.She is now Director of Round Peg Learning and Development a L&D consultancy specialisng in developing people from the inside out.
Throughout her career Anita-Clare has always coached,mentored and developed all those who have worked with her and was given responsibility for writing induction programmes and on going training in several of the companies she has worked for.
Anita-Clare has thoroughly enjoyed her time in Publishing but the most rewarding role she has had within that time was as Training and Development Manager at a PLC. She was responsible for training and developing over 180 sales, marketing and customer services professionals across six sites.

Anita-Clare truly believes in the power of training as a revenue driver and has had first hand experience of seeing consistently growing results year on year .She understands the importance of delivering high quality training for delegates to take back to the business.
